The Whiteshield Group delivers three types of service through its technology and expertise arms: Quantum X, its Policy & AI Economics practice, and the Whiteshield Academy, Quantum Education. Technology services include four main SaaS products delivered in collaboration with Google; the practice provides a full range of public-policy and AI-Economics services, including 24 proprietary algorithms; and the Academy offers more than 30 courses tailored to policymakers and companies alike. Delivered in combination, these create new jobs across countries while promoting socioeconomic development.

The idea of a world-class public-policy & AI-Economics firm was born on the Harvard campus, from a partnership between an academic and a venture capitalist, combining academic rigour, policy knowledge and innovation to tangibly enhance government policies and performance.
