GLRI 2026 launches at Davos

Whiteshield launched the Global Labour Resilience Index 2026 at the World Economic Forum in Davos. The flagship index, led by Nobel laureate Sir Christopher Pissarides, ranks how well economies absorb shocks and adapt their labour markets.

This year’s discussion centred on the personalization of policy and its impact on citizens, using AI to tailor interventions to individual circumstances. The GLRI remains one of Whiteshield’s most cited contributions to the global labour agenda.
